1. Click Install on GitHub above to install the Sentinel GitHub App
2. Select the organization or account where you want to enable Sentinel
3. Choose which repositories should be protected (all or specific ones)
4. Once installed, Sentinel will automatically run policy checks on pull requests

After installation, configure your policies in the Policies section to define what code patterns to check for.
